About / Bio
Emerging artist Kate Mortensen creates two dimensional work featuring soft cotton-candy hues, juxtaposed imagery, and colorful interruption. Conceived through a meditative process, her work often relies on fragmented memories by drawing influence from various sources such as architectural publications and macro photography. Kate’s collages, photomedia, and prints have exhibited locally and nationally.
